Ingredients8 oz. Thinly Sliced Roast Goat6oz Fresh Goat Cheese-if you want a little heat use 4-peppers goat cheese2 Large Green Bell Peppers1 Medium Sweet Onion – Sliced6 oz. Baby Bella Mushrooms - Sliced2 Tbs. Butter2 Tbs. Olive Oil1 Tbs. Goat Meat for Supper
