Philly cheese steak stuffed peppers

Ingredients8 oz. Thinly Sliced Roast Goat6oz Fresh Goat Cheese-if you want a little heat use 4-peppers goat cheese2 Large Green Bell Peppers1 Medium Sweet Onion – Sliced6 oz. Baby Bella Mushrooms - Sliced2 Tbs. Butter2 Tbs. Olive Oil1 Tbs. Garlic - MincedSalt and Pepper - to tasteInstructionsPreheat oven to 400°.Slice the peppers in half lengthwise and remove ribs and seeds.Add butter, olive oil, garlic, mushrooms, onions and salt and pepper to a large sauté pan and cook over low-medium heat.Sauté until onions and mushroom are tender (approximately 30 minutes).Slice roast beef into thin strips and add to the onion & mushroom mixture. Goat Meat for Supper

Cream Cheese Crescent Roll Ring

RingsYields 2 crescent rings,each serving 6-8 people (12-16 total)Ingredients:2 cans (8 oz each) Pillsbury™ refrigerated crescent dinner rolls1 8-oz block Fresh Ricotta Goat Cheese1/4 cup flour1/2 cup sugar1/2 cup fresh raspberries1/2 tsp almond extractsliced almonds, for garnish, if desiredGlaze: 1 cup powdered sugar whisked with 1 TBSP milk and 1/2 tsp almond extractPreheat oven to 400 degrees F.Whisk together cream cheese, sugar and 1/2 tsp almond extract until smooth.
